There is NO price reduction if you make alternate off-site food arrangements or bring your own food.

 Cancellation of booking accommodated as follows:

· before or on July 15, 2025 - 75% of booking is returned

· before or on July 31, 2025 – 50% of booking is returned

· before or on August 15, 2025 – 25% of booking is returned 

This is a rain or shine event. Absolutely no refunds after August 15, 2025.
